Superfood aus dem eigenen Garten - gesunde Super-Pflanzen selbst anbauen

Superfood ist kein klar definierter Begriff, aber dennoch seit längerer Zeit in aller Munde. Prinizipiell bezeichnet er Pflanzen, die besonders hohe Anteile an gesundheitsfördernden Inhaltsstoffen haben. Viele davon kann man sehr einfach im eigenen Garten anbauen.

Ein Problem vieler Superfoods und Supersaaten ist, dass sie weite Exportwege zurücklegen müssen und aus unklaren Anbausituationen stammen, wo sie teilweise hoher Pestizid- und Keimbelastung ausgesetzt sind. Dadurch wird der eigentlich positive Effekt der Pflanzen und Samen freilich konterkariert - was hilft das gesündeste Nahrungsmittel, wenn es mit Gitfstoffen oder Krankheitserregern verunreinigt ist? Beim eigenen Anbau besteht diese Gefahr nicht, und die Superfoods aus dem Garten werden genau so, wie sie sein sollen: Superlecker und supergesund.
